When you call, they answer, or they will return your call within a few minutes. We have in the past had to call them for issues that have come up and they have never failed to come to our assistance. Case in point, I had to call Nathan to help me straighten up my RV after getting it at an unfortunate angle. Another time Nathan helped me to back my camper into my space when I was having a problem backing it. The facility was just what we were looking for to have our camper under cover. "Kim and Nathan are lifesavers! We were in a bind with a new RV we purchased, we had rented a spot at a different storage facility based but our new RV wouldn't actually fit in the spot. Our HOA wouldn't allow us to keep the RV in our driveway. I called Kim and she got us a spot at their new facility before they even opened. On the day we were bringing our RV to the storage facility, Nathan was there upon our arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. The facility is perfect and we love knowing our RV is under cover.
